Kalm Waters Guests Privacy

This Privacy Policy applies to our Site and not our rental services when Kalm Waters Property Guests (our “Guests”) fill out and sign the Kalm Waters Rental Agreement. However, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute or make public Guests’ Personal Information.

Children’s Privacy

While OssipeeLakeCabin.com is designed and written for information-only use by all ages, Kalm Waters does not knowingly collect, online or offline, Personal Information from persons under the age of 13. Guests making reservations must be at least 18 years of age. Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent.

Should Kalm Waters inadvertently acquire Personal Information from users under the age of 18, we will not knowingly provide this data to any third party for any purpose whatsoever, and any instance would be due to someone under 18 using the Site and submitting Personal Information without solicitation or permission. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18, we will delete that information immediately.

Email & Social Media

Email communication to and from our site is not secure unless clearly noted otherwise. This is a risk inherent in the use of email.
