Kalm Waters has one rate: $1,950.00 a week, Saturday to Saturday, all year, subject to an 8.5% Rooms and Meals Tax and a $500 refundable security deposit. This rate is subject to change and does so annually.

Kalm Waters is not an Airbnb or VRBO. We do not use booking agents, booking engines, travel apps, or an interactive calendar.
A reservation at Kalm Waters is confirmed only by a signed copy of our current rental agreement.
We take one reservation a week, for the entire week, all year. Family and friends have first look at the annual calendar. July is unavailable.
Still, there are occasional summer cancellations, or you can test the waters and get in the rotation in the spring or fall. Please be as flexible with your wishes as possible—or if you need that one specific date, give it a shot.

our Cancellation Policy
Kalm Waters books most reservations far in advance. All reservations are paid in full sixty (60) days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will only incur a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations made on or after sixty (60) days prior to the arrival will only be refunded if the premises are re-rented.
Kalm Waters will make every effort to secure a replacement for the full lease at the same rate, and if successful, will make a full refund minus the processing fee. If re-rented for a lesser amount, the lesser amount will be refunded minus the processing fee.
There is no guarantee a replacement will be secured, or any amount of any rental will be refunded when a cancellation occurs on or after the sixty (60) day mark. Kalm Waters recommends TravelInsurance.com.
